Sue has been practising for over 30 years in a wide variety of settings, both in Australia and Canada. She is a fellow of the College of Optometry, and member of the Contact Lens Society. Sue recently became the sole owner of Eyes On Docklands and also established Optom On Collins in Melbourne CBD.
She enjoys every aspect of optometry, but especially diagnosing and treating dry eyes, red eyes, removing foreign bodies, and ocular disease such as glaucoma and macula degeneration. She has a strong refractive surgery background, working with ophthalmologists and running a laser surgery clinic in Canada.
Since establishing the practice she has enjoyed forming strong relationships with the community including local allied health professionals and general practitioners, and ensuring a holistic approach with every patient. She also offers all types of refractive correction including orthokeratology and refractive surgery co-management.
Outside of Optometry, Sue enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children: playing tennis, swimming, cycling and triathlon.

Reece hails from the UK and moved to Australia in 2024 seeking a new adventure in life. He previously worked as as a retail manager in England loving the fast-paced, and customer focused workplace. He moved into optics as manager of a large optometry practice back home in Manchester with the goal of wanting to learn a completely new field. After extensive training in dispensing, he found optics to be a field he loved, solving problems for his patients every day and loving the more one on one care with them. Now here in Melbourne, he has found his way to Eyes On Docklands and can’t wait to help you with your eye care.

Sophie completed her post-graduate Doctor of Optometry at the University of Melbourne in 2016. She has a passion for all areas of optometry, and has particular interests in emergency eyecare, diabetic eye disease and dry eye disease. Since graduating, she spent time working in rural Victoria before deciding to travel all over Australia for work, gaining experience in many different areas of optometry. She loves helping patients find the perfect solution for their personal visual requirements. Outside of optometry, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, and planning her next holiday.

He is known for his friendly, professional manner and is dedicated to the utmost care of patient's eye health. Outside of optometry, Kusal is a keen cricketer, passionate Essendon Bombers fan and loves to be running or hiking as much as he can.
